With over 10 years’ international consulting experience as a facilitator of transformation, values consulting and leadership coaching, he focuses on personal mastery and inner leadership development, individual and collective well-being, and alignment with personal and organizational purpose.

Prior to consulting Patrick spent 20 years in education as a teacher, facilitator and coach: specialising in curriculum design, development and delivery, emotional intelligence, behavioural change, personal and spiritual development, crisis management, mental health and bereavement counselling.
